The Membertou YMCA is located within the Membertou Sport and Wellness Centre and serves the entire community. The centre provides health and wellness opportunities for all ages and features:
- Wellness Centre, with cardio equipment, resistance equipment, free weights and functional training
- Fitness studio
- Accessible locker rooms
- Access to the Sport and Wellness Centre walking track
