Wellness Centre

Our YMCA Wellness Centres offer you and your community many resources and supports you can use to improve your overall health and fitness. From personal training to independent goal-setting, and from group fitness classes to individual workouts, our friendly and approachable staff and volunteers are here to support you on your journey to better health.

Sports & Recreation

Game on! There are lots of ways to get moving at the Y. Play your favourite sports and games, or try something new. From kids to adults, we’ve got something for everyone.

The YMCA has been offering recreational sport activities for more than 125 years.  Whether it be fencing, basketball, squash, racquetball, swimming or floor hockey, your membership will allow you access to YMCA facilities from Cape Breton to Vancouver.
