Beginner Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a more meditative style of yoga, it is a slow paced style of yoga with posses that are held for a longer period of time.

An intense blend of cardio and weight training intervals that’s sure to push your fitness level to the max. If you want a challenge, this is the class for you!

Cardio Fit

If you are a beginner to intermediate fitness enthusiast, this class offers high and low impact options. Our YMCA instructors and fellow members are there to encourage you along.

Cardio Intervals

An intense blend of cardio and weight training intervals, using bands and hand weights that’s sure to push your fitness level to the max. When you finish the class you will feel the burn!

Cycle Fit

CycleFit gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. Working those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart. Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for individuals of all ages and experiences.

Fire Up

Fire Up will get your metabolism revved up with a fast paced total body workout featuring a combination of cardio, weights and core moves. The 40 minute class will have timed intervals with a rest when you need to philosophy. Suitable for all fitness levels.Come get Fired up!

Flow Yoga

You will be guided through movement with emphasis on breathing. Using sequences of poses to transition from position to position. Physical practice that builds strength, balance and flexibility.

Full Body Cycle

Gentle Balancing Yoga

It is a gentle flow class designed to relax the body and mind. Class includes poses, breathing, and salutations. Bring a blanket, socks or sweater for the savasana.

Gentle Yoga

This is a class for everyone from the beginner to the most advanced yoga practitioner. Students will be guided through a yoga sequence that provides a full body stretch plus strength and balance work while focusing on breath.

Are you looking to get started, or stay strong? Then Getting Started Stay Strong Circuit,is the class for you! This is a full body strength training class with focus on balance. Group Active

Group Active is a simple and athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness: cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. In just one hour, get stronger, fitter and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements. Looking to get a quick workout in? This class canbe any where from 20 to45 minutes, this workout will get you in and get it done. Don't let this length of the class fool you. It might be shorter in length but this high intensity strength & cardio workout will push you to the max. You can expect to use TRX Suspension Trainer, Battle ropes, Kettlebells, cables, plymometrics and much more.

Are you looking for a surprise workout each week? If you are Roulette is the class for you. You never know what you’re going to get. The class will change from week to week. One week may be HIIT, with the following week being circuits, treadmill intervals, bands and sliders, orweights, etc.
