Looking to get a quick workout in?  This class can be any where from 20 to 45 minutes, this workout will get you in and get it done.  Don't let this length of the class fool you.  It might be shorter in length but this high intensity strength & cardio workout will push you to the max.  You can expect to use TRX Suspension Trainer, Battle ropes, Kettlebells, cables, plymometrics and much more.
