YMCA Lane Swims let you swim at your own pace, providing great cardiovascular exercise and improved muscle strength without stressing your joints. Lanes are available for all swim abilities. Make it a habit and you’ll soon be on your way to healthier body.

CycleFit gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. Working those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart.
Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for individuals of all ages and experiences.
Looking to get a quick workout in? This class can be any where from 20 to 45 minutes, this workout will get you in and get it done. Don't let this length of the class fool you. It might be shorter in length but this high intensity strength & cardio workout will push you to the max. Group Power is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight. Work all of your muscles in this high repetition training workout. Group Power is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.
