  • 10:30AM - 11:30AM Getting Started Stay Strong Circuit

    Are you looking to get started, or stay strong?  Then Getting Started Stay Strong Circuit, is the class for you!  This is a full body strength training class with focus on balance.  You will use equipment and your own body weight to help gain strength, mobility and independence in your body and mind.  Try it today!

  • 5:00PM - 5:40PM Banded

    A full Body toning workout using resistance loop bands.  You will start with a 10minute cardio component followed by 25 mins of band work and a cooldown.
