    YMCA Family Swim is an unstructured activity that lets the entire family stay active together. The sessions add variety, cardiovascular fitness, and fun to your family’s fitness routine.

    Family swim sessions are included with your YMCA membership. Community members can also access Family Swim sessions through the purchase of YMCA day passes.

    This 45 minute workout will alternates between high-intensity spin intervals and strength training intervals.  It's a class you don't want to miss!

  • 6:00AM - 6:30AM Synrgy360 Bootcamp

    Looking to get a quick workout in?  This class can be any where from 20 to 45 minutes, this workout will get you in and get it done.  Don't let this length of the class fool you.  It might be shorter in length but this high intensity strength & cardio workout will push you to the max.  You can expect to use TRX Suspension Trainer, Battle ropes, Kettlebells, cables, plymometrics and much more.

    Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for individuals of all ages and experiences.

    This is a class for everyone from the beginner to the most advanced yoga practitioner.  Students will be guided through a yoga sequence that provides a full body stretch plus strength and balance work while focusing on breath.

    You will be guided through movement with emphasis on breathing.  Using sequences of poses to transition from position to position. Physical practice that builds strength, balance and flexibility.  Traditional yoga is very similar to regular flow yoga but just done in a slower more gentle way.

    Pilates involves a series of classical pilates exercises performed on a mat without equipment. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. instructors will pay special attention to alignment and form.  Whether you’re a beginner or expert practitioner, this mat workout will strengthen the core, tone the hips and thighs, and flatten the abs.
