  • 11:30AM - 1:00PM Lane Swim
    Ages 12 and over

    YMCA Lane Swims let you swim at your own pace, providing great cardiovascular exercise and improved muscle strength without stressing your joints. Lanes are available for all swim abilities. Make it a habit and you’ll soon be on your way to healthier body.

  • 2:00PM - 4:00PM Family Open Swim
    All ages

    YMCA Family Swim is an unstructured activity that lets the entire family stay active together. The sessions add variety, cardiovascular fitness, and fun to your family’s fitness routine.

    Family swim sessions are included with your YMCA membership. Community members can also access Family Swim sessions through the purchase of YMCA day passes.

Group Fitness

  • 9:00AM - 10:00AM Fire Up

    Fire Up will get your metabolism revved up with a fast paced total body workout featuring a combination of  cardio, weights and core moves.  The 40 minute class will have timed intervals with a rest when you need to philosophy.  Suitable for all fitness levels.   Come get Fired up!

    An energetic cardio workout at the YMCA using The STEP will help you build your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength. Group Blast® is a great cardio option because you do it all: walk, jog, run, jump, plyometrics, and drills, on and off The STEP, to energetic music.     Make your own fun during the Member Open Gym session.  Grab your friends and family and shoot some hoops, play floor hockey, indoor soccer, the choice is yours.

  • 11:00AM - 1:00PM Pickleball

    Are you looking to try something new?  Come give Pickleball a try.  Pickleball is a racket/paddle sport that incorporates elements of tennis, badminton, squash, and ping-pong and is played by people of all ages and skill levels! The game is easy for beginners to learn, but a match with experienced players can be fast paced with back and forth action.

    All ages

    Ages 18 and over

    Basketball was invented at the YMCA, and it's still going strong here! It's also a great way to stay fit, meet people, and have fun. Come join other members for a game or shoot some hoops.  This session is reserved for adults.
