    Ages 0 - 5

    Your preschooler will burn off energy and make new friends in the pool and gym.  You'll help your child develop their gross motor skills and creativity while using pool toys, hoops and balls.  The bounce house will be setup periodically to add to the fun.

    Ages 12 and over

    YMCA Lane Swims let you swim at your own pace, providing great cardiovascular exercise and improved muscle strength without stressing your joints. Lanes are available for all swim abilities. Make it a habit and you’ll soon be on your way to healthier body.

  • 7:00PM - 7:30PM Private Swim Lessons

    Private one on one instuction from a certified YMCA Learn to swim instuctor.  Classes are 30 mins each for an 8 week session.  Contact Membership services for pricing and availablity.

    Ages 11 - 16 years

    A program for 11-16 year olds who are interested in learning about aquatic emergency care and improving their technical swimming ability and endurance. This program is designed for those interested in becoming a lifeguard.

    This is a class for everyone from the beginner to the most advanced yoga practitioner.  Students will be guided through a yoga sequence that provides a full body stretch plus strength and balance work while focusing on breath.

    Group Active is a simple and athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness: cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.  In just one hour, get stronger, fitter and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements.  Group Active is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.  Come activate your body!

  • 6:00AM - 6:30AM Synrgy360 Bootcamp

    Looking to get a quick workout in?  This class can be any where from 20 to 45 minutes, this workout will get you in and get it done.  Don't let this length of the class fool you.  It might be shorter in length but this high intensity strength & cardio workout will push you to the max.  You can expect to use TRX Suspension Trainer, Battle ropes, Kettlebells, cables, plymometrics and much more.

    You will be guided through movement with emphasis on breathing.  Using sequences of poses to transition from position to position. Physical practice that builds strength, balance and flexibility.  Traditional yoga is very similar to regular flow yoga but just done in a slower more gentle way.
