    Group Active is a simple and athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness: cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.  In just one hour, get stronger, fitter and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements.  Group Active is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.  Come activate your body!

  • 5:00PM - 5:40PM Fire Up

    Fire Up will get your metabolism revved up with a fast paced total body workout featuring a combination of  cardio, weights and core moves.  The 40 minute class will have timed intervals with a rest when you need to philosophy.  Suitable for all fitness levels.   Come get Fired up!

  • 5:45PM - 6:45PM H.I.I.T

    An interval based class, combines full body strenght training with high intense cardio bursts.  This class will tone your body, improve your endurance.  This class will definitley challenge you!
