    Group Power is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight.  Work all of your muscles in this high repetition training workout. Group Power is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.

    A great way to end your day!  This 20 minutes stretch is great for the mind, body and spirit.

    This high intensity 30 minute lunchtime class will focus on core work and interval cardio training! Great for any anyone and will challenge all lunchtime participants!
