    Gentle seated yoga practice for anyone new to exercise or with limited mobility.  Focus is on increasing flexibility, strength and balance.

  • 6:30PM - 7:30PM Group Power

    Group Power is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight.  Work all of your muscles in this high repetition training workout. Group Power is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.
