We offer after-school programming in multiple schools across Cape Breton for children in pre-primary to grade 6. These programs have a focus on active play, physical literacy, social skill development, and inclusive and culturally responsive practices.
Program Highlights:
- All programs are located directly in the school to promote a seamless transition for children
- Children are provided with a healthy after-school snack each day
- Participants spend at least 60 minutes outdoors daily and are encouraged to spend time outdoors in most weather conditions
- All programs run from school dismissal until 5:30pm
