YThrive gives you a fitness plan along with the support to get started and stay motivated. It is the easiest way to get into the best shape of your life.

YTHRIVE takes the guesswork out of exercise. The biggest barrier to getting and staying active isn’t necessarily the exercise itself, it’s knowing what exercises to do to reach your goals. How many reps? How many sets? How much cardio? This exercise program gives you the tools you need so you can spend your time working on yourself, instead of worrying about planning your exercises.

Whether you’re just getting started or are an experienced exerciser, a YTHRIVE coach will provide you with a workout plan and support you so you can stay active and committed to your health and fitness goals, and have fun along the way.

YTHRIVE makes it easier to get started at the YMCA. Best of all, this program is included in your membership at no additional cost to you.

Where Do You See Yourself?

YTHRIVE has 3 streams:

  • Ready: foundational fitness program designed for those new to exercising. A safe place to start and focus on forming healthy habits, build confidence on the fitness floor and establish short exercise routines on equipment that is easy to use;
  • Strive: for those with some exercise experience looking to take their fitness to the next level. Increase your knowledge and how to get the most out of your workouts. Get structured support from a coach to keep progressing;
  • Commit: for experienced exercisers looking to diversify workouts and reach new heights. Access library of expertly crafted workout plans to go beyond your current routine and connect with a coach to breakthrough habits and see new progress.
