Choose a Corporate Wellness Membership option below that fits your team!

Wellness Membership Options

  • Company is registered as a YMCA Corporate Partner
  • Company will payroll deduct each employee’s membership dues. Companies may also pay a portion of the employee’s dues.
  • Employees will receive a discount of up to 10-14% off monthly/yearly fee
  • The YMCA bills the company monthly in arrears for all employee memberships.
  • Employee must sign up for YMCA membership through the company’s HR department.
  • Building Enhancement fee waived

  • Company is registered as a YMCA Corporate Partner
  • Company contributes a portion of employee’s YMCA monthly membership dues. Employees pay the remainder of the monthly dues directly to the YMCA.
  • Employees will receive a discount of up to 10-14% off monthly/yearly fee
  • Companies receive a monthly invoice for their portion of the membership dues, while the employee pays the remaining portion through an individual Credit Card or provides void cheque for ongoing payment plan set up with the YMCA
  • Employee must sign up at the YMCA by bringing a current pay stub as proof of employment
  • Building Enhancement fee waived

  • Company is registered as a YMCA Corporate Partner
  • Employee pays for bi-weekly membership through individual Credit Card or provides void cheque for ongoing payment plan set up with the YMCA
  • Employees will receive a discount of up to 10-14%off monthly/yearly fee
  • Employee must present current pay stub to verify employment.
  • Building Enhancement fee waived
